Sharon joined Rexiter in August 2007 having previously worked for State Street Global Advisors as head of European Client Administration. Prior to this role Sharon was Marketing Manager responsible for providing marketing information to consultants and prospective clients. Sharon joined SSgA in 2000 from Santander Global Advisors where she was European Marketing Manager.

Sharon previously worked at Baring Asset Management from 1985 to 1997 where she first set up and managed the North American client support team and then became responsible for the Global marketing support team.
