Kenneth is Chairman of Rexiter. Having worked for the Central Reserve Bank of Peru as an economic adviser (from 1967 to 1969), he returned to England to study at Pembroke College Oxford, where he obtained a Ford Foundation research fellowship on Brazilian Monetary Policy. In 1971, Kenneth became a lecturer at a post graduate research foundation in Rio de Janeiro (the Getulio Vargas Foundation).

Between 1973 and 1980, he worked in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as economic adviser on Latin America and then joined HM Treasury, as economic adviser on monetary policy. He joined NM Rothschild and Sons in 1980. He worked in international asset management becoming head of the international fixed income team in 1983.

He moved to manage international equities in 1986, becoming head of international equities in 1987.  He joined KBIM in 1989 as head of international equities and was appointed Head of Emerging Markets in 1992. He joined the Rexiter team upon its inception in mid-1997.
