Guy joined Rexiter in November 2007 having previously worked for Santander Asset Managers UK and Abbey National as a Compliance Officer since 1999. Guy had the regulatory responsibility of up to £30 billion funds under management which was invested in Global mandates. Prior to this role Guy has worked in regulation and compliance since 1988 when he was one of the early employees of the Investment Management Regulatory Organisation (IMRO).

Guy is a member of the Forum of English and Scottish Compliance Officers (FESCO).
