Arzu is Rexiter’s European Fund Manager and is based in Rexiter’s London office. From 1989, Arzu worked as an Istanbul based analyst with economic, company and sectoral responsibilities, before her appointment as senior analyst with Baring Securities in London. In 1994, Arzu was appointed head of Mediterranean research at Kleinwort Benson Securities in London where she helped establish Kleinwort's EMEA research product.

From 1997 through to 2005, Arzu worked at HSBC Asset Management, initially as an EMEA fund manager and manager of an Omani country fund. She was then appointed as senior fund manager for the telecoms and technology sectors within global emerging markets and latterly took on regional responsibilities within the global emerging markets team. Arzu joined Rexiter in September 2005.
